I heard that she had passed away too... I actually have to admit that I used to watch that show all of the time and know that song by heart.... You are a great friend too and those words go right back at you!
I freaking loved her. Angelo makes fun of me but I still watch The Golden Girls When I'm up at night.
Did you know that she was the youngest actress on that show?

Didn't you used to think that the third line of the song was "You're a pal and a COMFORTER"? I'm pretty sure that was you.
So I'm at Home Depot with Paul and Robert the other day and I've been complaining all day about how there were no scissors for me to use to trim contact paper (which is the devil) to size. As we're walking in, Robert says, "We could buy a scissors here." A SCISSORS! So I turn to him and say, "Would you like a gum?"
